@vusic_palette: 비 내리는 날의 작은 위로 세상의 모든 소음이 거센 빗소리에 묻히는 순간, 작은 꽃잎 위에 머무는 빗방울이 지친 마음에 차분한 위로를 건넵니다. A Little Comfort on a Rainy Day As the world grows quiet beneath the sound of falling rain, each droplet resting on the petals gently brings peace to a weary heart. #예쁜꽃 #꽃 #풍경 #바람 #좋은노래

🔥 Fire cider is a spicy homemadetonic made with apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger, citrus, and herbs that is used to support your immune system and digestion during cold season 🤧 ⠀ It's such a versatile staple to have on hand, you can easily adjust the recipe to include your favorite ingredients or flavors 🙌🏻 ⠀ This recipe from our amazing graduate Annie @theholisticbanana is a great way to try making your own fire cider 🤩 ⠀ What you will need: ⠀ - Large jar (Annie used 2L. If using smaller jar, scale ingredient quantity accordingly) - 1 onion - 5 cloves garlic - 1 orange - 1 lemon - 1 lime - 1 large piece of ginger (about 2 inches) - 1 chili pepper or jalapeño (can omit) - 5 inches horseradish (optional) - 1 sprig rosemary - 1 tbsp turmeric powder - 1 tbsp cloves - 2 tbsp star anise - 4-5 cinnamon sticks - 1/2 cup raw unpasteurized honey (can omit, or use maple syrup) - 1 L raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the mother ⠀ Directions: ⠀ 🔪Chop all the larger ingredients to fit into the jar. ⠀ 🫙Add everything to the jar, then pour in the apple cider vinegar and honey (if using), making sure to cover everything. ⠀ 🫨Seal and shake a few times to infuse and mix all the ingredients. ⠀ 🆒Store in a cool dark place for at least 4 weeks, shaking every once in a while. ⠀ 📆After a month, use a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain out the pulp and solid ingredients. ⠀ 💪🏻Drink 1-2 tablespoons daily as an immune booster. ⠀ You can have it straight or dilute it with water or juice. You can also use it in cooking, add it to salad dressings or sauces! ⠀ Have you tried fire cider before? Comment below! 👇🏼 💬 ⠀ #instituteofholisticnutrition #certifiednutritionalpractitioner #cnp #firecider #immunityboosting #holisiticwellness #wellnessshots #healthyrecipes
