This is bit naunced, most single disc big games they comes with some game data and a download access code cuz even ps5 discs only hold 100gb. Even if game is less than 100gb or a big game with multiple disc, day one patches and stuff are mandatory on some games. So if they discontinued the game, its anyways became un downloadable/unplayable even with a disc
