You claim on 55% of the price (new) or 30% (refurbished). One property vs five. 20% upfront vs 5%. Done in a fraction of the time. It’s dramatically more powerful and almost no one is using it. The catch: that building has to sit inside one of SA’s 16 demarcated urban development zones, and you need the UDZ 1–4 certificates to claim. Buy one street outside the zone and you get nothing.
