@tanglewooddentist: A dental technology company sent a team from Germany to Houston this week, and Tanglewood was the only office in the city they came to see. Half a day on the floor: lab, chairside, front desk, all of it. The best part wasn’t the tour. It was sitting in on a real patient visit, one where we used their new cloud-based software to design and mill two crowns same-day, then walked the patient through the whole treatment at the end. That’s the difference between a demo and a Tuesday. They didn’t just want to watch. They wanted our input on where the next version of the software should go: what would actually expand what we can do chairside, in the lab, and at the front desk.
