I quit smoking cigarettes almost 2 years ago now, and I’ll never go back. But I say that with love because idk about anyone else, but those nights when I was by myself in an empty house after a break up, these were the nights outside….smoking cigarettes…..and just looking up at the stars. It made me feel like I was bigger than what was going on in my head. And that got me through some TOUGH times. 🙏🏻 Sending ya’ll love, especially the ones who kinda felt this one hit something in their with of your core 🖤

This November I will hit my 2 year mark free from cigarettes, and I still think about having one , not as much or as often but the thought still hits me , I just haven’t been able to let myself go back as much as I enjoyed it 😩
