The problem is tho that most ai has been trained by fanfics, so ai writing often looks like fanfic writing 💔 (same reason why new Disney movies look ai, the ai was trained off of them)

The witch hunt makes me nervous to update my fics or write more. I even have a beta reader, I’m really wordy and descriptive. It feels like people read just waiting for a gotcha for ai, to be the one who notices(with no proof) instead of reading for the story, it’s just going to drive more fanfic writers away. Fanfic writers do this for free and fun, and there is a high demand with ao3 becoming popular, a witch hunt is discouraging people from writing. Ai does not belong in fanfiction, find a beta reader, keep it a community passion.

guys, the ai detector skin detects a specific kind of code that only appears when you copy paste straight from calude to AO3. you dont have to worry about your writing accidentally being detected becausr that's literally impossible with that specific skin
