Federal Law: working an 8 hour work day employee shall receive a 30 minute unpaid lunch unless there is no one to cover your lunch then it's a paid lunch and they receive 2 10 minute breaks.5-6 hours of work require a 30 minute lunch unpaid and 1 10 minute break. 4 hours of work is a 10 minute break. Look it up if you don't believe me. that company is so liable and I hope she sues.
