Vacuum holds train your transverse abdominis (your deepest core muscle) and are a habit I do every morning on an empty stomach. Start with 5–6 sets of 10–20 second holds and stay consistent. Even if you’re overweight, it’s worth practicing. The goal is to build the muscle connection and train your body to activate that muscle correctly. Like any skill, it takes time to develop.
