My girl was born 2/7. She is 12 lbs 11 OZ. Now I'm worried she isn't big enough. She looks so good and even a little chubby. She sees her Dr again soon so I plan to ask. She does have reflux bad and has been on pepcid since like 4 wks.

Some babies find fortifying easier on their tummy's as they're not getting as much of the formula all at once. But every baby is different. Hope you find something thats works for you soon

my baby suddenly dropped off his growth chart. their scale was off..... like by more than a half pound. I asked them to use a different scale and he wasn't as small as they thought 🙄

I went through the same thing girl. The combo that I found that worked great for my little guy was Kendamil Whole Milk Formula and (humor me here bc it sounds crazy) there’s a natural oil called Super Catnip & Fennel, I’ve not had any issues since using both of these. We’ve actually went from using the oil 3-4 times a day, down to just at nighttime. I hope your little one gets some relief soon!!

has he been checked for tongue/cheek/lip ties? my girl was EBF the first 2 months and not gaining weight very well. pediatrician said to fortify same as yours and we ended up switching fully to formula only to find out at her 6mo checkup (new pediatrician) that she has a severe tongue tie that was affecting her latch. she’s happy and healthy on the formula but it could’ve all been different had she been checked sooner for the ties. now we are going to an ENT to have the tie released so her speech won’t be affected🥲
