This is 2026 not 1970. Fully synthetic oils are more than adequate for 10,0000 miles. If you are using mineral oil then yes, you should change earlier.

I think oil quality in USA must be really bad. in Europe we generally follow the oil services intervals in the manual and our cars dont have a lot of engine problems.

Trust me,I'm a dutch engineer. :
My cars (Citroën, Dacia, Seat) easily exceeded 300.000 kms on average with every 15000km (almost 10000 miles) oil change. I think in your case there is another structural issue going on.
