The topic is good however you are not genuine and ready for it, because it is not only the responsibility of those organizations to ensure that happens. What you actually saying is that because of the 30% we do not have engineers and for the past years our universities did not produce anything. That is very myopic we do have such people the only thing to do is for the government to concentrate on those skills instead of having more political science students and teachers.
