i don’t think the products themselves cause cramps i think they make them worse but cramps are a natural thing that just happens when ur uterus contracts

you HAVE to stay warm during your periods, DONT drink or eat anything cold, and MAKE SURE YOU’RE WEARING SOCKS (coldness enters your body through the feet). drink warm beverages, even better if you add cinnamon or ginger (good for the periods). the more layers you wear, the lesser cramps you get, hot water bottles are great. lmk if you want different kinds of tips on periods, trust i have tried them ALL.
