Hi pls call a mitigation company asap! You have black mold growth that is very unsafe to live in and proof that you are living in unsafe living conditions so you could take legal action too against this landlord. I’m so sorry I hope it works out. Do not use a fan on mold or it will just distribute it to more porous surfaces

our floor is falling in and we have told the landlord. he doesn't care. i spend a lot of time on that part of the floor...its a nice lawsuit if I fall through🤣
