Its not a pen in fact you can clearly see the striker initiated the contact, and the ref was influenced by VAR. You clearly see in his expression that he didn’t buy into that call fully!

As a Belgian, my honest opinion is it shouldn't have been a penalty. But we have to be objective, he did touch him, you see Tielemans foot being moved just before he puts it on the ground. But it was nowhere near enough to be a penalty, he would never touched or shot the ball, you see worse things every corner kick with the holding and pushing down. If you give this one, you need to give 8-10 penalties each game. VAR shouldn't have intervened, I'm totally following that
