For anyone wondering. You have to be within 50 miles of the venue you attended and each QR code is specific to confirm. Also note most items will not be shipped until August.

I was frustrated because speaker blocked half the QR code and they only had it on one screen so we couldn’t scan it

That QR code didn’t work for me 🙃. But we somehow got lucky and only waited 20 min for merch. We entered the venue around 5pm and I just skipped the lines outside the venue and found a more hidden one inside.
