Every year, the closer we get to fall and winter, the heavier my heart becomes. Spring and summer seem to let me breathe a little easier, but these seasons always bring me back to you, Tre. I don’t know why God chose this path for me, and I may never fully understand it. What I do know is that I struggled. I questioned. I cried. But somewhere in the middle of all that pain, I kept holding on to His promise. The waiting almost broke me… but God kept His promise. Mekhi will never replace his big brother. He is simply another reminder that God is still faithful, even when my heart carries both grief and joy at the same time. If you’re in a season of waiting, don’t let go. Your “sooner or later” may not look like mine, but God’s faithfulness hasn’t changed. 🤍 Tre forever.
