I did the Genova Gut testing and that found Citrobacter freundii Klebsiella oxytoca aka IBS. Would this also be Pancreas? Ive always had troubles gaining weight. No Diabetes. 48 yrs old.

100% agree with you 11 years of dealing with terrible digestive issues from SIBO she just feeling sick all the time to liver problems. And found out that I have insulin resistance in this whole time it was my pancreas that was causing all these issues and my liver needed a serious detoxing.
