It would be nice but there’s a main difference in their story, Lilly’s super girl was born in Argo city after the destruction of the planet, she saw everyone in Argo city including Allura from kryptonite poising, Melissa’s super girl was born before the planet died and blew up, and was sent away in a pod while the world was being destroyed. They suffered different traumas. Melissa’s supergirl never found out about Argo city’s survival until almost the end of her show. Which is why i personally don’t like the hate people throw toward either supergirl, their stories are different as are some adaptations of superman. 😁❤️

my gf said milly’s supergirl is basically melissa’s supergirl if she never let go of her anger in the early seasons of cw sg, but had a family (especially a sister) who was always there to support and guide her. and honestly, that makes so much sense.
