Це більше картопляний суп пюре .. картоплі більше ніж кабачка,я готую взагалі без картоплі,на куриному бульйоні.Як на мене самий смачний суп пюре з кабака .. Всім смачного.

Можна овочі відварити без жарки,без солі,(картоплі краще менше) 20-30хвилин(по готовності картоплі).Перебити блендером.Додати солі,приправ по смаку,орегано обов'язково ,вершки,сир пармезан або сирок,соєвий соус трохи. Ще проварити 5 хвилин,помішуючи і пробувати на смак.
