I lowk don’t get this even tho I modified my headgear to have wider attachment slots. I would use arnica and cotton pads at the edge of your mouth and make sure they are hydrated

I got braces and I couldn’t eat anything and I had a lisp and the inside is super cut up, my cousin got a bite block though and as soon as she got it off she said it hurt
