Pour over the potatoes and cook under a lid. Sprinkle with cheese, place tortilla on top and carefully flip using a plate. Add more cheese on the other side and cook until golden. In my omellete i add, onions (chopped in small cube pieces), tomatoes cherrys in pieces, courgette cube pieces, salt,pepper, a bit of oat alpro milk,feta cheese,spinach :-) try my recipe and you will never regret it :-)
