It’s cus it’s mundane and boring and doesn’t make for a script…. When you’re trying to option the script and you need the drama and the twists and turns, to secure investment. It’s really hard to depict everyday relationships and get that commissioned … it might be impossible … look at Anatomy of the Fall… the end of a relationship but very dramatised….
