Slice them into bite sized chunks and set aside for later - Slice button mushrooms. In a pan , add oil and/or butter, sautรฉ the button mushrooms until they get deeper in color. Season with salt and pepper.  - Add minced garlic to a hot pan with oil and butter, and saute unti fragrant. Add back your steak and mushroom and add Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, paprika and black pepper. - To make it extra garlicky, weโ€™re adding some garlic confit.
