Good advice! Personally I had Opus create a pipeline where it evaluates agentic usage by capability including Sonnet, Deepseek ($10 lasts forever by API), Cerebras QWEN 235B, and a local Qwen Ollama config, and it leverages those agents in its workflow and Opus coordinates. This week I’ve adapted it for Fable and it’s magical.

All of this is coming off brand buddy. Lands mine barriers and avoidance usage is not usage. You can’t use it for coding without it moving to 4.8 announced or getting moved to impossibly costly API. Anthropic do better..

If they are going to throttle its ability then I don't think I will use it. Sounds like they have been forced to hamstring it and it's time to seriously consider adopting open source models as they will soon outstrip what us common people have access to via paid channels.
