The performance was artistically directed by head coach Sir Blas Pamintuan, whose guidance and vision contributed to the troupe's winning presentation. ‎ ‎Jota de Manila is a lively Filipino folk dance influenced by the Spanish jota, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Manila during the Spanish colonial period. Characterized by graceful footwork, elegant arm movements, and rhythmic music, the dance showcases the blend of Filipino and Spanish traditions.
