@adamstewartmarketing: Claude Fable 5 is back. And most people are about to waste it. Three weeks ago it got pulled offline. Yesterday Anthropic switched it back on… and it's the most capable model they've ever released. But here's the catch: on Pro or Max, Fable only covers up to 50% of your weekly usage until July 7. After that, you're spending credits. Burn it on the wrong tasks and you'll hit your limit fast. So the real question isn't "is Fable better?" It's "what work is actually worth using Fable for?" Writing a basic email? Fixing simple code? Summarising a doc? Sonnet or Opus get you 90% of the way there for a fraction of the usage. Fable isn't for quick tasks. Fable is for expensive thinking… deep research, complex strategy, big refactors, multi-step analysis. The stuff you'd normally block out hours for. Don't use your best model on your smallest tasks. Use it where being 10% better actually changes the outcome. As model prices climb, knowing when to use which model becomes a real skill.
