I genuinely do not get the hate for Flowery. I don’t know if it’s just a me exclusive thing, but whenever a character appears that you can tell was designed to make you hate them, or be intentionally annoying; I just can’t help but love them for it. Also it’s the way he performs his actions, they way they are executed. It is a very cool blend of comedic relief and actual interesting writing from him as a character (being a super op jack of all trades, feeding into Asgore’s nostalgia to try and bring him some comfort). If you hate him, I believe that you have no room for any whimsy and are incapable of peacefully frolicking in your life. (Yes this is all super biased on my part because I really like him as a character and his writing)
