Acknowledging that u are burnt out is the first step. I am in this situation right now. I tried breathing work - kind of alleviate my anxiety :) i removed all “work apps” on my personal devices and just use them during work hours. Still here and figuring out my exit plan - sometimes i realized too that I am giving myself unnecessary stress HAHAHA so i just do what i can to do. And tell myself this company will not go down if I will not be at my 100% today 🙏🏻 u got this girlfriend!!
