Egypt, Mesopotamia and I don't know about Harappan, they all come from the civilizations of the Balkans and Asia Minor. Agriculture from Asia Minor to the Balkans and the merging of early farmers with European hunter-gatherers gave rise to the first urban organization, culture, trade and metallurgy.
