Try Discseel. Had 3 surgery on lower 4 discs. Continual issues. Got Discseel, problems went away. Superb tech.

I had an L5-S1 disc bulge and also had left foot drop. 4-5 doctors told me to get surgery. I had the surgery 4 months ago. Alhamdulillah, the foot drop is gone now and my leg is working fine. But I still have mild pain on the left and right sides of my lower back

I have the same injury. Mind you doctors are always calling it a "minor" injury. I don't know how you can say that after giving me a 3rd shot of morphine and I'm still wide awake cause it hurts too much to pass out.

Similar, L3-L4 and L4-L5 bulges. What has helped me the most (EVERY BACK INJURY IS DIFFERENT) has been glute activation exercises and core strengthening. STRENGTHENING, not vanity muscles. Lol

I had a L5 - S1 spinal fusion at 22 and my suggestion is avoid the surgery if possible, its hell.

Bro I have almost the same situation too, L5/S1 subluxation. The only thing that helps is training, as soon as I slack off it turns to custard. Would love to see more about specific exercises that help you. Thanks for putting content out there 👊🏻

Can you explain the slanted posture and squat? The same thing happened to me after my herniated discs and I can't seem to understand why or how to straighten my spine again 😞

I strained the muscles in my lower back and had no motor function of my legs for 2 weeks. Back injuries are awful and i wouldnt wish a herniated disc or anything around the lower back upon my worst enemy. Other than that orange
