Oven-Baked Rice- Recipe Below ⬇️ Ingredients • 1 cup long-grain white rice (jasmine or basmati works great) • 2 cups liquid (water or chicken broth) • 1 tbsp butter or oil • ½ tsp salt (adjust if using broth) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Rinse rice until water runs mostly clear. 3. Add rice, liquid, butter/oil, and salt to an oven-safe baking dish (8x8 works). 4. Stir once, then cover tightly with foil. 5. Bake for 35 minutes. 6. Remove from oven, keep covered, and let rest 5–10 minutes. 7. Fluff with a fork and serve. Flavor Upgrades (optional but 🔥) • Add 1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic • Toss in ½ tsp onion powder • Replace half the liquid with coconut milk (if you like it rich) • Add bay leaf or bouillon • Stir in butter + chopped parsley at the end #Recipe #review #Foodie
