The government needs to set mandatory rest times between shifts. I know if go over 12 hour shift in UK ICU I work at not only my body exhausted but I'm mentally exhausted and can become dangerous for patient safety

thats fair hospital making mistakr who will do extra 8bhrs after doing 16 hrs shift we are humans not a robot , hospital make a big mistake they know the outcome still firing her . wrong decision
