The government needs to set mandatory rest times between shifts. I know if go over 12 hour shift in UK ICU I work at not only my body exhausted but I'm mentally exhausted and can become dangerous for patient safety

Unfortunately in most businesses there’s something that’s very unfair, my previous job if you clocked in early it would round it down to the nearest 15 minutes, so if you clocked in even 14 minutes early you wouldn’t get paid for it, no one made me aware of this and it was clearly not mentioned in the colleague handbook and it wasn’t until 1 year in that I found out about this
