As a trans man, I’m definitely familiar with these and will definitely be getting one one day. Although the ones I’m familiar with use saline. I also know of one that’s like this rigid rod implant thing? And you kind of just fold it into position. There’s also a version of the saline one where the reservoir is just above the pubic bone so kind of in the abdomen area.
