I have had 3 c section and only dr said no experience till after your 6 week check up. You will be fine. It’s just the muscle and ligaments stretching

rest rest rest darling. post surgery is rest. slow and steady. when women have c- sections everyone thinks of an end to pregnancy. however its post surgery,so post surgery protocol applies. you'll be okay, just be careful. .love your posts lovely. 🥰🥰

for me i had to think very actively to engage my core when I first started training after my C-section. it can also just feel weird because the muscles are different from being stretched and basically unused for many months

I didn't do that exercise but when I was about 6 months after surgery I started walking everyday and I did a similar thing but now I'm exercising on ring fit adventure on the switch I'm 18 months postpartum now so I'm hoping I get my body back soon I got a LOT to lose 🤦
