Fired… filters should always be primed (fill 50%-60%) to have some oil pressure when starting vehicle back up and Lubricate the new filter's rubber seal, spin it on, and hand-tighten 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼🤷🏼
