I like to use a water rinse followed by an unscented PH wash for the external. I was having some odorous menstrual cycles.

I have never used anything to clean my vagina. (Just soap and water on the vulva) In 50 years I have never had a yeast infection or uti. Let your body do what it was evolved to do. 🤗

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. Mine smells different almost daily. But I know my smells and that’s the key. They are supposed to smell and change smells but there is 100% an abnormal to the normal.
