You could also try pressing ctrl win shift b it restarts your graphics card and helps fix bugs/freezing

My shaders dont lag but whenever im on fire it freezes (it happens when im on photon, iteration 3.2.0, bliss, and detivative) i also use sodium as well

Just install sodium extra and turn off everything as much as you can besides sky, sun and moon. With that I can use the lightest possible shaders on my Linux 2016 laptop with 3 gigs of ram and fucking pentium with some unknown AMD graphics card and get around 30-60 fps. Meanwhile without any shaders I get unstable 100. Never use modpacks for fps boost like Fabulously optimized of some other bullshit. Make it yourself.
