Last clip the cam driver was going WAY to fast in a school zone. According to her dash cam, she peaked going 37 in a 25. Obviously not excusing the backing out driver, but if cam driver wasn't speeding there was a chance she could've stopped in time.

idk who needs to hear this but they teach you in drivers ed to not swerve, not for vehicles, not for deer and other wildlife, especially in multilanes as you could a. hit cars in the other lane and b. you cannot predict the next move. for all you know, you swerve left to avoid hitting someone, and they stomp on their breaks, so youre going right for them with this swerve + into oncoming traffic. you swerve right, and you could hit other cars, pedestrians, etc. the car could gas it and get far enough to the right, but now youre swerving to the right. you can be held liable for swerving, where as if youre in the lane you have been in and get into an accident, you wont be at fault for a situation such as this.
