Got to do with your your hot water tank and your heat and your refrigerator in freezer the gas to cook on your stove why are they gonna be mad the lightbulbs not going to do anything you might as well like a damn candle. the lights is not the problem when it comes to the power company... its the bigger appliances raises up the bills Ac, microwave, dryer etc. the reason I will bill them is for powering when the lights go out.
