Ingredients: * Minced meat (pork, beef, or lamb, 30–40% fat) * Oil * Salt & pepper * Soy sauce * Ground mustard & coriander seeds * All-purpose flour * Activated yeast liquid (50% sweetened milk, 50% water, instant yeast) * Salt * Oil * Dried thyme * Egg * Sliced red & yellow onions * Garlic & chilli * Butter * Sage * Peeled chopped tomatoes * Water * Cheese * Egg wash * Sesame seeds Instructions: 1. Marinate the minced meat with oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and ground coriander & mustard seeds. Form into meatballs. 2. Knead flour, activated yeast liquid, egg, oil, salt, and thyme into a smooth dough. Let rise until doubled. 3. Fry the meatballs until golden. Remove. 4. In the same pan, cook onions, garlic, chilli, butter, salt, pepper, and sage until slightly caramelized. 5. Shape the risen dough into buns, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake until golden. 6. Simmer tomatoes, a splash of water, caramelized veggies, and meatballs until thickened. 7.
