@madebyme.74: Recipe: 100g brown sugar 100g granulated sugar 250g flour 80g cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda Pinch of salt 2 eggs 100ml vegetable oil Vanilla extract 225g yogurt 225ml hot coffee -Chocolate frosting 100g fresh cream 150g dark chocolate In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix eggs with oil, yogurt and vanilla. Add the wet to the dry then the hot coffee. Mix until smooth. Transfer to a lined squared baking pan. Bake in a preheated fan assisted oven 180°C for 30-35 minutes. To make the frosting warm the cream (do not boil) then add the dark chocolate in pieces and let melt, stir and leave it to cool and become thick. Spread on top of the cooled cake and decorate.
