That was Larry’s fatal mistake. Completely stopping his controlling, abusive, obsessive behavior immediately following Maya’s disappearance. On top of, not having any concern at all about her whereabouts when questioned by the exact people he was obsessing about his marital problems to, on an hourly basis. He is so obviously guilty and needs to be locked in a cage for life. His level of creepiness is on the top floor.

Also, how the hell would she have known where all the CCTV cameras in the whole neighbourhood are, where they are angled, or if and when they rotate? So not only does she leave without taking ANYTHING with her, but she somehow also had access to all surveillance cameras in the neighbourhood to map out her perfect escape route. That’s an absolutely ridiculous argument for the defence.

The defenses witnesses seemed weak to me. First, yes K9 rescue and search dogs are amazing ❤️, that said - they are not all the same. The PI did walk his possible "escape route" during the day and not at night - if she had left it would be night and without flashlight to avoid detection. That would not be as easy. 🤔 my 2 cents
