Sweet & Spicy Glazed Salmon 🍯🌶️ Ingredients For the Salmon: • 2–3 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on) • 1 tbsp avocado oil • Salt/Pepper • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Smoked paprika For the Sweet & Spicy Glaze: • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce • 2 tbsp honey (or hot honey) • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tsp sesame oil • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tsp ginger paste • 1 tsp sriracha • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional) • 1 tsp fresh lime juice Instructions 1. Prep the salmon: Pat the salmon dry and brush lightly with avocado oil. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, rubbing it in well so the salmon is evenly coated. 2. Make the glaze: Add soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger paste, sriracha, oyster sauce (if using), and lime juice to a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Taste and adjust as needed: • More honey = sweeter • More sriracha = spicier • More soy sauce = saltier • More lime juice or rice vinegar = brighter/more acidic Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. 3. Cook the salmon: Place salmon in the air fryer and cook at 385°F for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness. 4. Glaze it: During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the salmon generously with glaze and continue cooking until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. 5. Finish & serve: Brush with another layer of glaze for a sticky, glossy finish. Serve with cilantro lime rice, edamame, and marinated cucumbers. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds & sliced green onions! 💛 Tip: If you love extra sauce for the rice, double the glaze — you won’t regret it! #fyp #EasyRecipe #DinnerIdeas #recipes #explorepage✨
