People using our Constitutional rights as an excuse to b disrespectful is crazy! Yes, people can record & take pictures in public, but there should also b a respectful boundary where if a person asks the person with the camera not to film &/or take pictures of them, then they should respect their wish. No agitation triggered & both sides moves on peacefully. Simple common courtesy.
