Yesterday, I was asked to line sa may IO kasi daw naka PH passport ako? HAHAHA Then when i lined up, may isang officer na nagsabing lahat ng frequent travelers at may previous travel ay pwede na sa egates. Eh kakagaling ko lang Korea last week and nagamit ko yung egate before. Ang gulo nila!! 🫠

You'll know sa e-travel when you register if you're eligible to use the e-gates or not.

i think yung measure nila to allow you is if you have visited visa-applied countries - since they already knew na you have complied to the most basic io faqs hahaha.

saw I wasn’t eligible for e-gate in e-travel but when i lined up for immigration an io approached me and looked at my passport then directed me to the e-gate

I was asked if it was my first time to travel and I said no then the officer instructed me to go to e-gates so it went well even if my etravel qr says not allowed in e-gates so it doesn’t really matter I guess

Depends on how frequent you fly. My travel history from 2025 to present is Singapore, SoKor, Japan (x2), and China. Kahit within Asia lang din eligible ako for egates since marami travel history ko within a year alone
