I went back to the markets in Surfers Paradise the other day and it reminded me of the exact funnel I still use today. Traffic, who notices your stand, who you engage, who you convert, what they spend, and who comes back. Same traffic, same overhead, but improve each step and you can 5x the business. I built a market stall into a million dollars a year purely by working that funnel relentlessly. When things get hard, sell harder.
