another dilemma is AVO’s are legislated for protection of vulnerable family members regardless of gender and age. Unfortunately they are weaponised and used for a particular gender.

Its used as tool constantly for control, revenge, ect. Its literally often suggested as a tool/weapon by lawyers and police for use in family court and control with children by police to gain recovery orders, ect. Interesting part is when the man and woman both have one on each other. Woman breaks it and police do nothing. Man breaks it and he goes to jail! Magistrate or ICL seem to down play a AVO on a woman, but they certainly dont when its on the male. No woman's behaviour programs in the family court, only for the males! Threate to safety. He sees no children. Children are hurt. Its a big fkn mess and has been for awhile. whole thing is out of control.
