If your even trying to have this debate then you don’t understand football, pep is great but he’s a chequebook manager who goes to clubs who are 99% complete then leaves as things get tough, Fergie started at Aberdeen and beat some of the best teams in the world to win a European trophy, also can someone tell me who the last team was to win the Scottish league other than Celtic or rangers… oh yeah that was Ferguson too, then came to a broken United and re built it to a juggernaut of football and dominated for 20 or so years, it’s close in terms of achievements but Fergie is better than pep it’s not even a debate
