I call it “roomnesia”- think of something that I need to do that’s in another room but as soon as I walk out of the room, I forget. I see something in the second room that I start doing then I go back in the original room and realize what it was that I needed to do in the beginning. It’s literally walking out of the room that it erases my thought - just gone. I do find talking out loud helps- you hear yourself and MAY remember what you need to do.

😇😂😂 good morning don’t you wish we could shut the head off for five minutes? The only time mine turns off is when I crash out even then dreaming by my lip I got too much nonsense going on upstairs.
