@courtneys_bites: Garlic Parmesan popcorn chicken 😍 full recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: -4 chicken breast -1 cup milk -1 egg -2 tsp salt -1 tsp pepper -1 tsp garlic powder -2 tsp paprika Coating -1 1/2 cup plain flour -2 tbsp cornstarch -1/2 tsp pepper -1 tsp salt -1 tsp garlic powder -2 tsp paprika Garlic butter -2 heaped tbsp softened butter -chopped fresh parsley -grated Parmesan -1 tsp garlic powder Method: -chop your chicken into bite sized chunks and place in a bowl -add your milk, egg, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder then mix well -place cling film over your bowl and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour (the longer the better) -in a separate bowl, add your flour, cornstarch, pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika and mix well -over your chicken is ready, place each chunk In to the flour mix and make sure it’s fully coated and pressing it down into the flour to create texture -place on a plate and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes -heat some oil up to 175 degrees Celsius and place your chicken in batches and cook for around 7-8 minutes until crispy and nice and golden, set on a wire rack to one side -in a small bowl, add your butter, Parmesan, parsley and garlic powder and mix together, pour this over your chicken and mix together -add a sprinkle of Parmesan over the top and enjoy with your favourite sauce! #popcornchicken #chickenrecipes #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipes #dinner
